Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Give sips of water in between meals to help in digestion and reduce constipation. Give one new food at a time preferably in the morning to check the suitability and digestion. Consult your doctor for advice
