7 month old baby, How to help the baby to sit indipendently

A. you can make the child sit with support after completion of 5 months of age. the thing is that the back of the child should be well supportedd along with the head as well as the bottom of the child. after making the child sit if you see that the child is uncomfortable then kindly avoid sitting of the child again for at least one to two weeks

for few minutes like two to five minutes initially
then gradually increase the time duration
keep her well hydrated
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 450
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky and
