AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom normal temperature is 97.5 to 99. 5 F Above that is fever. U can give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 99.5 Give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice, Banana, apple etc to ur baby
