Ideal weight of a 7 months old baby boy should be around 7.5 to 8 kgs depending on birth weight and feeding patterns.Once you introduce semi solid foods, it takes little time to gain weight, but if fed properly along with 850-950 ml milk daily, baby will gain healthy weight slowly.
