POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight if a 6 months old baby girl should be between 7 to 7.5 kgs depending on eating habits, birth weight and physical activities. As you must have introduced semi solid foods in the diet, weight will be increased slowly. Feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
