to uski wajaye abhi k liye simple cerelac dena behtar he jisme ek ya do hi ingredients hi ho
jese ki mung dal aur rice se bna cerelac 6 months k baby k liye ideal he.

magar ye properly cooked aur ekdum mash kiya hona chahiye.
aap bachche ko ragi porridge , well mashed dal chawal , alag alag vegetables aur fruits puree aap de shkte ho.
