Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, ragi porridge, pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
U can start with one meal in a day.
After few days u can start giving two meals in a day.
