6month completed to my daughter but I did not start food.any disadvantages happen for my baby doctor

There are no such disadvantages but you have to understand that after completing the time of six months milk is not going to be enough for the child so slowly that is why we recommend to start giving food because milk is less and the food is important for overall growth so you should start giving it if you haven’t till now
