6 years old son, whenever he comes out after potty he becomes extremely exhausted, sweaty and complaints of having leg cramps. what may be the reason and how could this be helped?

A. hello baby may be complaining that because of constipation he should add more of water and fibrous diet like green leafy vegetable and fruit in babies diet to relieve constipation
