A. as pee needs. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Try Around 50 to 70 ML in a day and gradually you can increase the amount of water that you’re giving to the child if your child is okay with this amount of water then try to increase about 20 ML on an every day basis so because the more what are you gave is more healthier for the child
