Q.
6 months complete baby was trying to sit on floor and fell backwards and hit head on floor. after that he started crying n was ok aftr smtym. played had milk n slept well at night. morning woke up and played. bt now after 15 hrs ge vomited a little.. bt he's fine and active. is it to be concerned ? any head injuries frm within can b der ?
