6 months Baby having red stops on stomach is its Normal From past 3days he ate watermelon juice and banana

A. Fruits or never a reason for this kind of a problem I believe your child could probably we having little bit of heat into the body so you can go out with applying calamine lotion as of now I have this kind of a problem is very very common with kids
