6 months baby having cold, blocked nose,sound in throat and cough tell me any remedy !

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examgyination. steam inhalation will be benefiycial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
