A. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day wait rule. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge etc. Introduce new food at the gap of three days to check for allergy from any food. U can start with one meal in a day.
