as it is start for your child it is better to offer food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit rice , homemade cerelac etc.
to make cerelac :
ingredients:
small bowl of rice
small bowl of mung dal.
method :
wash both ingredients separately with water well .
soak them in sunlight for 2 or 3 hours.
heat pan ,roast the rice till it get puffed.
then roast mung dal till it become golden brown.
or nice aroma come from it
let them cool down.
then grind them in mixture.
store the powder in air tight container.
serving:
boil water in pan ,add one or two spoon of powder in it , heat it for few seconds and serve it at room temperature.
you can add different pulses gradually in it.
