Premature plus what was the birth weight that would be a very big question year but it’s okay if the child was premature of course you have a scope of increment of the weight over the period with the diet that you can offer to the child plus lots of proteins in the diet should be given both vegetarian and non-vegetarian which would be very good and nonveg start after the age of 11 months
