A. after 6 months completed various home food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal give two times a day beginning with few teaspoon

A. Hi sixonth You can start weaning with single vegetables and fruits try blended, mashed broccoli, potato, yam, sweet potato, carrot, apple or pear. You could also try baby rice mixed with your baby's usual milk. Make sure you cook well the foods.
