NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello in the first month you cannot expect much weight gain and after that 8f the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good weight gain which is absolutely nothing to worry and you make sure go exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6months
