still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

Hi See your child is not under way that is what I can say because weight and height do have a correlation with each other so if your child is having a good height about 4 feet plus than the weight is less otherwise 16 kgs quite a decent weight for a five-year-old child but still you should consult your doctor because even after eating well if your child is not gaining weight then that’s not good
