5 month baby neck is not holding properly some times and less eye contact also while lifting baby .

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 5 months old now is your baby born prematurely if so baby's milestone might be slightly delayed.still it's advisable to visit your pediatrician and get your baby checked

usually babies can hold their head well by the age of 4 months,so it is better to consult your pediatrician for it.
please feed your child on demand.
give enough tummy time.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
