5 days back my 5yrs old got 101 fever, headache, body pains. I took him to Doctor, he said no infection in lungs and throat or anywhere, check for dengue symptoms. 2nd day he got light fever only in evening. 3rd day he didn't got any fever, no pains. he is fine. but 5th day he looked dull and weak and irritating and says he's feeling something sick. are these symptoms of dengue or just weakness after fever? even my 22months baby got fever for 1 day and seems weak.

A. after going through your detail history ot seems some general viral infection.. give your kid plenty of fluids n healthy diet.. i equally do check his body temperature.. and act accordingly.
