5.6 he is and 17 kgs...Is he okay? What to feed him to gain some weight.

A. Hi mom for you 5 years old kid, You should give a healthy and balanced diet for their proper physical and mental development..Include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like walnuts and almonds
