A. Hello mama hairfall is due to iron deficiency. so include food rich in iron in ur diet like apple ,pomegranate, beetroot, palak, brinjal,guava etc .. Also use coconut oil mixed with onion use and massage the scalp. Thus will help to prevent hairfall
