4months breastfed baby but mouths doesn't smell like baby's milk mouth it doesn't have any smell puke little milk after feeding tongue is mostly white and have gas issue mostly in morning is it normal or do I need any medication?

Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.
