Q.
4month old completely on formula feed passing green stool two days once since two weeks.Earlier he d to pass motion every day and colour used to be yellow. Should I be worried?

Green stool might be duer to stomach infection.
Try to provide her BM only
formula can cause constipation.
Don't use RO water (mom)
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
if motions are watery you may gve her probiotics drops like enterogermina twice a day two drops
