4m old baby temprature normal but head is very hot, what to do?

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again reqcfuired
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

See The temperature that you measure should be less than 99° fahrenheit even if the body is hot but the temperature is lower than that then you do not have to worry about it still if you are worried about it or something then you can start doing cold sponging on the phone and slowly gradually the warmth of the heat in the head will also come down
