ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Yes you can rahe if you are suffering from constipation and try including leafy vegetables avd fibre rich fruits and vegetables in your diet avd drink enough water and start raking 2 gm triphala powder with warm water at bed time

it can be taken only if your doctor knows that you are nursing mother and he or she has prescribed it after considering it.
otherwise to cure constipation ,I would suggest to take warm milk with one tbsp of ghee in it before sleep time.
