it happens because of the food taking habit of your child or low physical activities etc.
so please offer small and frequent meals.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
make sure your child chew food well.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially during meal time.
you can give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice ,ginger juice (2 drops quantity) daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene.
