4 vomitings from evening and fever 98 now. no doctor available right now. is vomikind and p250 okay for her ?

A. Yes both the medicines are fine but here I would like to confirm that 98°F is not fever so there is no need to give a medicine if it touches 99 or crosses then you give medicine and the other medicine is fine for vomiting
