4 months completed height is in 60 percentile weight in 9 percentile head circumference 8 percentile is it normal as height is at high percentile compared to weight d head circumference

A. dear mom by 6 months babies weight almost doubles by his birth weight and by 1 year it almost triples give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of baby
