4 months 26 days baby fever, suki khasi, ankh se pani behna, sardi. what us advisable and which medicine to take?? what extra care is to be taken??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and she is having a dry coughs and fever with watery eyes so give her syrup Tus Q D 2.5 jai velhal and 2 ml syrup sinarest three times a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steamf inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given ine a proper dose according to the weidght for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
