4 month old continuously touching right ear and shaking head please guide how to clean baby's ear

See sometimes it’s a normal behaviour sometimes there may genuinely be a problem so instead of deciding what to do on your own I would recommend you to get it checked with an ENT doctor maybe some irritation is there some infection or maybe dry as there could be a lot of things better to examine with your doctor and proceed with what they suggest
