Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us for this question the is standard for 4 months 61 to 68 CM and weight will be in the range of 5.6-8.6kgs. continue to feed a baby on demand for 6 months are exclusively for mothers milk even water is not needed to be added at this time you can start with semisolids after your baby complete 6 months old
