4 month baby girl ko Nana dhood digest nhii hoo Raha hai Peeta Peeta he poti kar date hai please suggest kya kara

A. Vomiting and spitting out also pooping and urinating while taking the feed or immediately after taking the feed is completely normal they do not have a very good digestive system in this things are going to get better certainly after completing the time of 6 to 8 months but as of now this is very normal for your child
