A. Hello good morning !! Long hours gap between meals also reduces appetite.. Give frequent feeds 3 meals and 2 snacks as a schedule so that the baby gets to know feed time hunger.. Giving finger foods (Steamed veggies, chopped fruits, makhana, poha).. ,dal water, rice starch, soups, malts as snacks ,will improve appetite. fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, porridges, Mashed dal,curd rice, roti with dal, curd, sabji with less oil, spices... Avoid sugar processed, packed, oily foods in baby diet.
