4.5 month old baby keeps rubbing his ear we consulted ent doctor he said no infection nothing but ear wax is there itseems .. still he keeps rubbing his and screaming at night from 12 to 3 am... any suggestions

A. this could be some kind of infection which needs to be examined first then only proper treatment could be given with medical supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene .kg
