New born babies constipate(wont pass stool for 2-4 days ) sometimes if baby is actively taking feed ,with no gas ,tight tummy issues then no need to worry. Do tummy massage with warm castor oil,coconut oil gently massage for 5 minutes in clockwise direction with finger tips .
