Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. salama song temperature ka jaanch karni hogi to pata chalega. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
