This is Normal if sweating and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
