just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.

please do the following things:
try to offer comfort to your child.
please don't force feed your child.
offer small and frequent meal.offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes.
maintain good hygiene.
