34 days old baby always poops with flatulence only little amount bcz of that redness at rectum present how can I prevent this and what is cause of this

A. Baby is taking milk well only the issue is loose poops little amount in every 10-15min.well hydrated healthy baby

A. just apply some before nappy cream over there It is very Normal but still for a proper confirmation regarding this query you should consult with your doctor so that after a proper examination your doctor will give you the best guidance .
