31 weeks pregnant and got white creamy discharge.is it a cause of concern ?

Any kind of discharge spotting or bleeding is not considered good during the time of pregnancy so yes it would be good for you to consult your doctor for further assistance whatever is required Dr would be able to give guidance but should visit gynaecologist now
