3 yrs old son temp is 99.2 what to do ? Should i give him paracetamol or not

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and if he is having a body temperature 99.2 degrees then it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation and needs calcium vitamin d3 and plenty of fluids
