3 year age Son's Ometing, Obdeminal, Loose motion since last 3 weeks. what is reason and how to solve?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its knowny as gastroenteritis where sygmptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
