3 weeks before I gave a birth to baby girl. but I lost 9kg within three weeks is normal..

A. Hello! As you continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby, there can be some weight loss. Just ensure that you are not feeling too weak and taking nutritious food, keeping yourself hydrated all day. But if there is any concern about your weight loss, you check with your doctor once.
