3 to 4 times vomiting and two times watery stools. what to do. is there anything worry about

A. vomitted 3 to 4 times and watery stool ... may be bcoz of indigestion.. gv ORS.. apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion.. gv apple banana coconut water butter milk lassi poha upma...
