3 months old baby keeps vomiting after every feed since last 2 3 weeks even after burping what could be the reason

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 days agoA. dear mum , it is common n normal as the baby digestive system is not mature continue to burp after every feed. keep in upright position for sometime after feed take care stomach shd not b pressed
