3 months old baby body temperature cold what are reasons for this issue and what is the solution for this

A. it is a very important that if the palms / soles of the child is cold the child is feeling cold and you havec to cover the child properly to make the child thermostable that is the child warm by covering the child well. even after that the problem continues it is important to rule out infectionc in the child and meet your doctor for examination
