3 month old baby not drinking adequate milk but peeing correctly is it ok

A. If The child is not drinking milk properly then how can the child be appropriately that’s one of the biggest question because when there will be no hydration in the body in the child in quantity is anyway is going to go down otherwise the child is just using water into the body and it is going to cause dehydration to you have to look to it
