ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum baby should gain atleast 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less
have frequent skin to skin contact,
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello make sure the baby is getting sufficient BM and if the BM is not sufficient you can alternatively be giving the child infant formula milk stage one using a bpa free bottle like babyhug and baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good weight gain
